02 Services offered

Tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, estates, and trusts. Full descriptions are available on the services page.

03 Pricing & billing

Services are flat-fee, quoted in writing before any work begins. An engagement letter detailing the scope and fee is provided for each service. Payments are processed through TaxDome via Stripe and accept ACH bank transfer or major credit card. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless the engagement letter specifies otherwise.

04 Refund policy

Fees for completed professional services are non-refundable. If an engagement is cancelled before work begins, any prepayment is refunded in full within ten business days of the cancellation request. For ongoing engagements terminated under our cancellation policy, prepaid amounts not yet earned at the time of termination are refunded on a prorated basis within ten business days.

05 Cancellation policy

One-time engagements (such as a single tax return): may be cancelled at any time before work begins at no cost. Once work has begun, the engagement may be cancelled but fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Recurring services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory retainers): either party may cancel with thirty days' written notice. Service continues and is billed through the end of the notice period. To cancel, email saif@vulcantaxal.com or submit a request through the client portal.

06 Dispute resolution

If you have a concern about a charge or service, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We respond to billing inquiries within two business days. If we are unable to resolve a billing dispute through direct communication, you may dispute the charge with your card issuer or bank. We commit to working in good faith to address any concerns before escalation.

These policies may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly by email or through the client portal.
