Check your spam folder. The email comes from no-reply@taxdome.com. If it is not there, contact us and we will resend it.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Can I use the portal on my phone?
Yes. TaxDome has free iOS and Android apps, and the portal works in any mobile browser.
Do I have to use the portal?
No. You can also drop off or mail documents.
